Notes: While the subtitle’s comparison to Gettysburg may be a bit of author/editor hyperbole, there’s no question that the Battle of Glorieta Pass maintained Union control over much of the southwest, including the gold fields of Colorado, which the Confederacy desperately wanted.  Richly illustrated with maps (easily readable) and historical photos.  The author Edrington died a couple of weeks before the actual publication of this title.  Signed and dated by the surviving author, John Taylor.
