Condition: Fair.  Binding tight.  No tears, bends or folds.  One small (approx. nickel size) area on upper front cover corner where sticker was removed.  Pencil markings throughout.  Smudging to bottom text block.  Some edge and corner wear.

Notes: The Todds were the founders of the New Alchemy Institute (1969-1991), a non-profit pioneer in organic agriculture, aquaculture, and “bioshelter” design.  They were the intellectual “children” of Buckminster Fuller, Steve Baer, Stewart Brand, Paolo Soleri, Amory Lovins, Paul Hawken, and other pioneers of that ecological/architectural/agricultural/design era, designing buildings and environments that use renewable energy and integrate nature (including fish, insects, birds, and plants) into biological design.  This may sound a little “hippie dippy” but in 1984 this was groundbreaking work.
