Condition: Fair.  Binding tight.  No tears, bends or folds.  Previous owner’s blindstamp on lower front cover corner.  Sticker shadow on upper rear cover corner.  I don’t know if there was a separate title/copyright page to this volume.  If not, shame on the publisher.  If there was, it’s missing.  Book starts right on page one, no statement of copyright, date, bibliographic information.

Notes: The title says it all.  “The 46 stratigraphic charts, based upon rock sequences whose locations are shown on Text-figure 1, are the heart of this paper and were prepared in order to make available in one reference the term applied to Utah’s strata.”  (From the Introduction).  Not so basic geology.  The charts are designed for eyes younger than 35.
