Notes: If you’ve ever thought of “crafting” your own brand of alcohol, or gasohol for the car, here’s your manual. Build your own still, fermentation, distillation, tools. This is the kind of book the old “Whole Earth Catalog” would love to include. Self-sufficiency. It’s a way of life. The government doesn’t really care what you’re cooking, as long as they get their pound of flesh in taxes.
