Condition: 2 volume set. Volume 1 (FL): Fair. Binding tight. No tears. Without dust jacket, as issued. Bookstore stamp on title page. Title page has 2 creases near gutter, extending to the following page. Spine worn, faded, spotting, just barely legibile. Gilt on front cover board is still easily readable. Edge and corner wear, fraying, bumping. Spine sun-faded. Volume 2 (FL): Fair. Very much the same as Volume 1, though the spine, while sun-faded, some title can still be read. Wear to foot of spine. Spotting to front cover board, and the gilt is worn, not as easily readable as on Volume 1.. Front hinge wearing at the top edge, but binding still tight. Slight chipping to head of spine at rear. Sun-fading to rear spine edge.
Notes: IN SPANISH. 2 volume set, SOLD AS A SET ONLY. Spanish architecture in the Dominican Republic. Palm wrote the text, his wife Hilde Domin took the photographs. This is considered their “masterwork”.
