Condition: Fair.  Binding tight.  No tears, bends or folds.  Signed by all three authors on title page (no other signed copies available).  Very light edge and corner wear.  Appears unused.

Notes: Not the most comprehensive tree/plant identification guide, but certainly one of the most informative.  Color photographs AND drawings of the 128 woody plants and 39 herbaceous flowering plants of the Arizona, New Mexico, southern Colorado, southeastern Utah, and the Trans-Pecos of west Texas, and the deserts of southeastern California.  No range maps, but “habitat descriptions” instead.  It’s a guide, not a complete “Flora of the Southwest,” but it’s still nicely done.
