Condition: Fair to Good.  Stapled binding tight.   No marks, tears, bends or folds.  Some smudges to front cover.  Light edge and corner wear.

Notes: Originally published in 1976 by Phelps Dodge Corporation as Echoes of the Bugle, later printings were titled Forts of New Mexico: Echoes of the Bugle and Forts of New Mexico (both arguably better titles). Comprehensive, but given its size, a quickie history of New Mexico forts, camps, cantonments and posts.  The original publisher, Phelps-Dodge, existed as a separate company from 1834 until 2007.  I’m sure this was designed and printed as a tourist brochure to be sold at  forts around New Mexico (Union, Bayard, Sumner, Wingate, Bliss, et al).
