Condition:  Fair.  Stapled binding tight, but the lower staple has separated from the front cover.  Spine foot has an approx. 1″ tear.  Upper front cover corner has a 1″ bend.  Upper rear cover corner has an approx. 2″ bend, with a small fold on the upper corner of the last page.  Small bit of glitter (?!?) on lower rear cover corner.  Includes one fold-out map.  Wear to all edges and corners.

Notes: It’s hard to imagine that there was ever any opposition to naming the Grand Canyon as a National Park, but yes, there was.  Damming the Colorado for power–IN the canyon–mining its depths–IN the canyon.  Who thinks like this?  This pamphlet was probably the government’s attempt to give “accurate” information for park service staff and tourists alike.
