Condition: Fair to Good. Binding tight. No marks, tears, bends or folds. This is a portion of a report from the Fourteenth Annual Report of the Bureau of American Ethnology, 1892-1893. The BAE volume was falling apart, and this was the only portion (approx. 60 pages) of the Menomini Indian report that was able to be salvaged. Slight foxing to all text blocks.
Notes: Rebinding of a BAE report that was falling apart. Includes table of contents and introduction, but bulk of report is hunting and fishing, bows, bowstrings, quivers and arrows (including a section on poisoned arrows), foods, including maple syrup making and wild rice gathering. and a section on English-Menomini vocabulary.
