Notes:  Based on a series of 14 seminars over a 2 year period.  Covers conservation of archaeological resources, excavations along the Dolores River, Four Corners archaeology, resource development and archaeology, southwest Colorado (Ute Mountain Utes, Dolores Archaeological Project, Mesa Verde), Yellowjacket, Hovenweep, and more.   Presenters included David Breternitz, William Lipe, Arthur Rohn, Fred Kabotie, Joe Ben Wheat, and Joe Winter, among others.  I think this was probably published either as a fund raiser for the Crow Canyon Archaeological Center (it states on the cover “Not For Sale”), or as a supplemental high school textbook.
