Notes: CCFCS = Canadian Centre for Folk Culture Studies. Mercury Series, Canadian Centre for Folk Cultures Studies Paper No. 5. Not an exhibit catalog, more a “…sampling of artifacts from the collections…” from the National Museum of Man’s collections, representing 23 traditional societies (immigrants from eastern Europe, Asia). Clothing, costumes, jewelry, furniture, molds, textiles, tools, trunks, carvings, garden ornaments, musical instruments, toys, religious items and Easter eggs. There are listings for this item being published by the University of Ottawa Press, but I think the UOP was the distributor/warehouser, not the publisher.
