Condition: Book:  Good.  Binding tight.  No marks, tears, bends or folds.  Very light edge and corner wear.  Dust Jacket:  Fair.  NOT price clipped (no price indicated).  Two tears on rear cover.  Upper edge has two closed tears, with a resulting fold across almost the entire upper edge.  Bottom edge has an approx. 1″ closed tear near lower corner.  Now in mylar.

Notes: More historical photographs than long-form history.  The Chili Line began life in 1880, as a “short-haul, narrow gauge” railroad from Antonito, Colorado to Española, New Mexico, with the 34 mile extension to Santa Fe coming in 1887.  The Chili Line ended its run (no pun intended) in 1941.  Dorman was a world-class architect in California who retired and moved to Santa Fe.  He wrote 13 books on railroads, and had a 750 square foot model railroad in his home in Santa Fe.
