Notes: While not an exhibit catalog per se, the book is based on an exhibit at the Palace of the Governors in 2004.  The first wave of Jewish immiigrants to New Mexico came in the 1840s and 1850s, primarily from what is now Germany.  There are two columns (pages 2 and 3) of the original immigrant names, from 1840-1879, and an entire page of “Known” Jewish pioneer women in New Mexico on page 81, all of which are probably genealogical gold.  Lots of photos, both black-and-white and color.  An interesting history of not just a culture, but that culture in New Mexico.
