Description

Author: Brock, Jim P.

Publisher: Rio Nuevo Publishers

Pub Date: 2008

Binding: Paperback

Condition: Fair.  Binding tight.  No tears, bends or folds.  Some highlighting by previous owner.  Very light edge and corner wear.

Notes: Unlike one of Brock’s previous books (Butterflies of Southeastern Arizona) the photographs in this volume are all in color.   “The Southwest” is defined here as the BROAD southwest, from the Mohave desert down into northern Mexico, to west and southwest Texas, the Great Basin and the Four Corners states.  Factoid: butterflies have poor distance vision (and we know this how?).
