Condition: Fair to Good.  Binding tight.  No marks, bends or folds.  Without dust jacket.  One small (approx. 1/4″) split along front hinge.  Upper corners slightly bumped.

Notes:  Whitaker taught ceramics at Oregon State University and Michigan State University until his retirement in 1980.  The Mexican pottery displayed in the book is of two different types–corriente (common, everyday utilitarian), and “ornamental/decorative”  (derived from Indian ceremonial wares).  More than 85 locations cited as pottery centers.
