Condition: Fair.  Stapled binding tight.  One approx. 3/4″ split at spine head.  Front and rear covers have fold running from top to bottom.  One approx. 4-5″ crease along lower front cover.  Inside front cover and lower corner Table of Contents have a mark that looks like either a tire track or a boot print. (Just a guess).  Edge and corner wear.
