Notes:   Originally published in 1954 and reprinted 1973.  The families of the original 158 Spanish settlers who came to New Mexico in 1598, through the Pueblo Revolt, and the Reconquista (the Reconquest) in 1693, these are the Spanish families who settled in New Mexico .  My friends Phil Apodaca and Anna Gallegos both claim ancestors from this book.
