No marks, tears, bends or folds. Illustrated with black-and-white photographs and drawings. Some drawings in color.
Notes: Eleventh Annual Report of the Bureau of American Ethnology, originally published 1894, covering the years 1889-1890. Stevenson was the first woman hired by the Bureau of American Ethnology, and between 1890-1907, she did individual fieldwork on the Zuni tribe in western New Mexico, and, after publishing her report, studied ALL the other Pueblo tribes of New Mexico–the Zia (here published as “The Sia”), Jemez, San Juan, Cochiti, Nambe, Picuris, Tesuque, Santa Clara, Taso, San Ildefonso, and the Hopi.
