Condition: Book: Fair.  Binding tight, but there’s an approx. 1″ area in the lower front gutter, between the front pastedown and the ffep, where the binding has split.  Previous owner’s signature on upper corner ffep. Gilt on spine and front board still sharp, easily readable.  Very light edge and corner wear.  Dust Jacket: Fair.  NOT price clipped (no price indicated).  Lots of wear to all edges and corners, especially spine head, spine foot, and bottom corners.  Now in mylar.

Notes:  The Taylor Museum of the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center has a collection of approximately 600 historic ceramics, most from the period 1880 to 1940.  The catalog also includes two large collections on loan to the museum.  Divided by language groups (Tewa, Keres, Zuni, Towa, Tiwa, and others–Abo, Gran Quivira, Galisteo, and others)–from Taos Pueblo in the north and east, south to Gran Quivira, west to Acoma and Laguna, primarily in the Rio Grande corridor.  Lots of black-and-white photos, interspersed with some color.  Also includes some tiles and figurines.
