Condition: Book: Good to Very Good. Binding tight. No marks, tears, bends or folds. Appears untouched. Dust Jacket: Good. Very light edge and corner wear. One area on front cover has what looks like two dents, almost like a staple would make but without perforating the cover. Just a couple of small dents.
Notes: Clark was the author of The Owl in Monument Canyon (University of Utah Press, 1993), and a third generation Durangoan. This book of photographs by Pennington and Lisle–ALL of their photographs–covers travel, nature, portraits, a honeymoon album, and Indians from the Four Corners states, were all taken in the early decades of the 1900s.
