Condition: Good. Stapled binding tight. No marks, tears, bends or folds. Very light edge and corner wear. Appears unused.
Notes: More a booklet than a pamphlet. Exhibit catalog, for an exhibit at the Wheelwright Museum in 2015-2016. Ralph Tracy (Ted) Coe (1929-2010) was a museum curator, director, author, collector, and traveler (hence the “pie”–meals during collecting trips are tax deductible, after all). Excellent color illustrations throughout, with some black-and-white thrown in. This really is a beautiful catalog, but I consider the spacing of foreword and illustrations annoying as hell. Start reading the foreword/biographical note on Coe, and, after a couple of pages, you have to skip 8, 10 more pages to get to the continuation, and again, and again. That’s a failure of design, even for an excellent catalog like this. Coe had a good eye for Native American objects, and I wish my office looked like his.
