Notes:   IN SPANISH.  The investigations continued through 2001 (this volume work done in 2000), and those annual volumes are also available.   Continuation of the work done on Cerro Juanaqueña, the largest of the trench hill sites, as well as work done on Cerro El Canelo.  The terrace walls are thought to have been for defensive purposes, rather than terraced farming.   Hunting-gathering appears to be the model here, with faunal analysis showing (in descending order of importance) the prevalence of cottontail rabbit, deer, pronghorn antelope, squirrels, guinea pigs, badgers, quail, tree birds, snakes and small fish.  Protein is protein.  IN SPANISH.  VERY RARE.  No other copies available for sale.
