Notes:  Anthropological Papers of the University of Arizona Number 6.  Basically an ethnohistory of the Maricopa (also known as the Piipaash), from early Spanish reports to the twentieth century.  The Maricopa may have been the first Yuman settlers on the middle Gila River.  Al Schroeder did the archaeological work for this volume.
