Condition: Book: Fair.  Binding tight.  No marks, tears, bends or folds.  Gilt on front board and spine still sharp, easily readable.  Very light edge and corner wear.  Dust Jacket: Fair.  NOT price clipped (no price indicated).  Lower front cover corner near spine foot has an approx. 2″ closed tear.  Some wrinkling to lower front cover edge.  Upper front cover edge has two small chips, wrinkling.  Lower front flap corner has an approx. 1/2″ closed tear.  Lower rear flap corner has an approx. 1/8″ chip, wear.  Now in mylar.
