Condition: Fair.  Stapled binding beginning to wear.  No folds.  At least 3 previous owners.  Two previous owners’ names on upper and lower corners of the front cover, with a third previous owner writing “OK” in ink on upper front cover corner.  “Notary Public” stamp embossed on upper front cover corner (anybody else remember Smokey Stover “Notary Sojac”?).   Lower front cover corner has and approx. 1/2″ bend, extends to second page.  Lower rear cover corner has an approx. 1″ bend, extends through last 3 pages.  One ink “check mark” on rear cover, near lower spine edge.  Upper spine edge has an approx. 3″ tear along spine, partially taped.  Some pencil marks.  One ink stain on page 73.
