Condition: Good.  Binding tight.  No marks, tears, bends or folds.  There is a small vertical line on the front cover, approx. 1/8″, which I thought was a pen mark, but that same vertical line appears on the rear cover, at approximately the same spot.  Printer fault.  Very light edge and corner wear.  Appears unused.
