Condition: Fair.  Binding tight.  No tears.  Previous owner’s name on upper edge of title page.  Lower front cover corner has an approx. 4″ bend.  Wear and scuffing to front spine edge.  Scuffing to front cover.  Lower rear cover corner has a small chip.  Rear cover at mid-spine edge has an approx. 1/2″ chip.  The map pocket (two maps included in pocket) at rear has caused a rectangular scuffing to rear cover.  Edge and corner wear, all edges, all corners.
