Condition: Fair.  Metal post binding (hole punched) is cover by a woven, plastic tape.  The tape completely covers the metal post on the front cover, and partially on the rear.  At least two previous owners.  First previous owner’s stamp on upper front cover corner and again on upper corner title page.  Not the world’s best photocopy copy–lots of pages slightly off, so some small bits of text or charts missing. All photos muddy. No tears, bends or folds.
