Condition: 2 copies.  Copy 1 (LC21):  Fair.  Stapled binding tight.  No tears, folds.  Ex-library, plus at least 2 other owners.  Library stamp on upper front cover corner.  Library stamp and second owner’s signature at top edge ffep/title page.  Upper rear cover corner has an approx. 1/4″ bend, wear to corner.  Lower rear cover corner has an approx. 1″ bend that extends, diminishing, through the last third of the pamphlet.  There’s also a small stain/bump along the lower rear cover edge, right at the bend.  Copy 2 (LC21): Fair.  Stapled binding tight.  No tears, bends, folds.  Previous owner’s name (VERY tiny hand-written) on upper edge title page.  Very light edge and corner wear.

Notes: Pamphlet.  Eastern New Mexico University Contributions in Anthropology Volume I, No. I. (1968).  Conference held in Denver in September, 1965, and followed by  (probably) a bus tour through Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico, back to Denver, and a quick symposium to present papers.  And then everyone went home.  Papers on preceramic development in the southwest, “The Transitional Period” by Stewart Peckham, southwestern population between A.D. 900-1540, and ecological and cultural factors affecting southwester farmers by Al Schroeder.
