Condition:  Good.  Binding tight.  No tears, bends.  Previous owner’s name in ink on ffep.  Front cover has two long lines, kind of shiny, and two shorter lines, also shiny, all vertical.  They’re not scrapes.  Printer fault? (See photo).  Edge and corner wear.  Big thick heavy thing.

Notes: A CRS of 9,940 acres near the town of Clovis, NM.  A total of 62 sites and 195 instances were surveyed, documenting use of the site from Folsom to the homesteading era.  RARE.  No copies available for sale.
