Notes: Archaeological survey and excavation of  Pargas Pueblo, a small adobe roomblock, prior to the installation of fiber optic lines.  The small pueblo was probably occupied in the Late Prehistoric  to Early Historic periods.  The abandonment of Pargas was consistent with other Piro pueblos also being abandoned, perhaps due to the introduction of, and repetitive exposure to, various European diseases.  VERY RARE.  No other copies available for sale.
