Archaeology Series Vol. 1, No. 1. “The basic plan upon which this survey is built is found in the United States Geological Survey, and it should be no less mathematically definite or descriptively complete…The fact is that no satisfactory survey of this kind can be made effective using maps prepared for some other branch of study.” Find your own way, eh? The “Pueblo Plateau” described on the map encompasses basically the Four Corners (southern Utah and Colorado), with edges of Texas, Nevada, and California, and northern Mexico.
