Notes: Bureau of Land Management Cultural Resource Series No. 16.  “Excavation” and analysis of a Ute Indian burial in the Pariette Draw of northeastern Utah.  The skeletal remains and associated materials were determined to be a 27-30 year old, male Ute Indian, buried between 1850 and 1875, in a rock crevice.  He was reburied in 1983.  Lots of black-and-white photos, also some color (NPS NEVER springs for color!).
