Condition: Fair.  Binding tight, but wearing.  Lower inside front gutter has an approx. 1/” tear.   No marks, bends, folds.  Without dust jacket.  All corners worn.  Two red spots (?) on spine.  Smudging to front and rear boards.

Notes:  Bilingual, Italian and English.  Fallingwater was a house designed by Wright in 1935.  Reading the English version of the text will make you glad you didn’t buy it or live in it.
