Dunbier was a Nebraska artist who got mixed up with some of the Taos Society of Artists, would come to Taos on an infrequent basis, and paint. The paintings here are from Colorado, Montana, the New England coast, Oregon, Alaska, Arizona and New Mexico. Reminiscent of some of the Taos Society of Artists paintings, as well as Edward Hopper. Includes a biography of Dunbier. Well designed. Great color reproduction.
