Condition: Book: Fair.  Binding tight.  No marks, tears, bends or folds.  Lower corners bumped.  Slight edge wear.  Dust Jacket: Poor to Fair.  NOT price clipped (no price indicated).  Numerous chips, tears, edge wear.  Some evidence of water damage to lower front edge.   Smudges to rear cover.  Rear cover is also the Table of Contents.  Now in mylar (and probably not a moment too soon).

Notes: My late friend, Max Chavez (1953-2016), quit college to become a gold miner, and made his fortune.  I would hate to dissuade anyone from that career path, knowing how hard Max worked, but the rewards are there.
