Condition: Fair to Good.  Binding tight.  No marks, tears, bends or folds.  Without dust jacket, as issued.  Previous owner bound the book in a clear plastic film and taped the corners.  The tape aging has left marks on the front and rear end papers.  Includes fold-out map at rear.  Very light edge and corner wear.

Notes:  Facsimile reprint of the original 1897 edition.  Originally published by the Arizona Advancement Company of Tucson, a predecessor of the modern Chamber of Commerce.  Hilzinger, originally born in England, found a home in Tucson, and decided to promote it.  Some illustrations of Tucson then and “now” (1969).  C’mon down.  It’s a dry heat.
