Notes: The life of Edith Warner, from 1921-1951. She was the postmistress of Otowi, and later befriended the famous scientists who created the atomic bomb at Los Alamos. A New Mexico chestnut. If Church had never written another thing, this secured her (New Mexico) legacy (see Harper Lee, To Kill a Mockingbird).
