Notes: Facsimile reprint of the original 1872 Government Printing Office edition. I don’t know the size of the original edition, but this reprint sure shrinks the type size to barely readable for an old man’s eyes. Colyer’s thesis: It was the Mexicans fault that the Apaches didn’t like Americans. Yeah, sure. It was all “hearts and minds” with us.
