Notes: “The primary objective of this phase of the investigation was to define the Ootam material culture complex of this period (n.b. the Classic Period of the Hohokam) as it probably occurred in the San Pedro valley and to ascertain whether or not Pueblo people actually entered Pimeria Alta at this time and if so, what effect they had on the indigenous culture. ” (Chapter 1)
