Condition: Fair.  Comb binding tight, no missing or broken teeth.  No folds.  The bulk of the wear is to the holes at the comb binding.  Upper rear cover corner has a stain (dirt) that extends along the upper edge, and through the edges of the final 14 pages of the text.   Edge and corner wear.
