Notes: Archaeological Series No 129.  “…investigation of three prehistoric archaeological sites on…Luke Air Force Bombing and Gunnery Range.  These sites were located within the impact area of facilities associated with the Coronet Real Project, a target construction and rebuilding operation.”  (From the Abstract).  AZ Y:8:3 was a Patayan site with some later Classic period utilization,  AZ Y: 8:1 was a small site with two components, a Patayan I period site and the second a late Classic period Hohokam-related site, and the smallest site, AZ Y: 8:2, was a late preceramic site.  “Each of these sites is described in terms of location, environment, artifact content, and significance…” (ibid.)  VERY RARE.  NO copies available for sale.  Trenches?  We don’t need no stinking trenches.
