Notes: Okay, I’ll give you Cuzco and Machu Pichu and maybe Chan Chan.  Those are certainly the best known Incan cities.  But landscape, religion, and economics were among the most important factors in any Incan city’s establishment.  Cajamarca, Chavin de Huantar, Huanaco Pampa, Pampa Grande, Wari, Nazca, Tiwaniku–from desert to jungle, sea-level to mountain top.  Lots of photos, black and white, and color.
