Condition: Fair.  Stapled binding tight.  One long fold along front cover verso edge–it’s been opened.  One approx. 1/2″ tear near mid -front spine edge.  Several chips along lower front spine edge.  Three sets of staple holes along recto edge of the volume–probably a mis-stapling of the entire volume because the staple holes go all the way through.  One numerical pencil mark in bottom corner ffep/title page, at spine foot (ex-library?  No other library markings).  Edge and corner wear.

Notes: A long essay (92 pages) on bottles exposed from a dump, prior to reconstruction of a parking lot.  Milk bottles, medicine bottles, miscellaneous bottles, cataloged by manufacturer, by color, size, contents.  One section on bottle-maker marks.   The bulk of the bottles salvaged went to the El Paso Centennial Museum.  Volume also includes two book reviews.
