Notes: GBFEL-TIE in English translates to Ground Based Free Electron Laser–Technology Integration Experiment. Prior to the construction of a facility for testing the Ground Based Free Electron Laser, three areas on White Sands Missile Range were evaluated for prehistoric archaeological potential. All three areas had dozens, sometimes hundreds, of small sites which in some cases had already been disturbed (years before the archaeologists started these surveys). During the survey phase of the sites, several roads had to be graded for the drill crews, grading which uncovered middens and artifacts. VERY RARE. No other copies available for sale.
