Condition: Fair. Binding tight. Upper front cover corner has an approx. 2″ bend. Lower front cover corner has an approx. 1/4″ bend. Upper rear cover corner has an approx. 1/2″ bend, and lower rear cover corner has an approx. 2″ bend. 2 maps in pocket at rear. Those maps and the map pocket have caused a “speed table” effect on the rear cover. Scuffing to front cover. Edge and corner wear.
Notes: A 90 mile segment of the Cortez CO<sub>2</sub> pipeline was resurveyed, between the San Juan River and Torreon, NM. The pipeline route had previously been surveyed but design changes left some areas of the federal route unsurveyed. 42 sites and 89 isolated artifacts were found during the resurvey. 20 of the sites were eligible for inclusion on the National Register of Historic Places, and 12 of the 20 could not be avoided by pipeline construction.
