Notes: Papers of the Peabody Museum , Vol. XXIII-No. 1. Both copies from the library of the late archaeologist J.O. Brew. Original editions, not the Kraus Reprint edition. Copy 2 has an additional Contents page, listing two additional monographs from 1950–“Number 2: Hyperbrachycephaly as Influenced by Cultural Conditioning” by J. Franklin Ewing, S.J. (1950), and “Number 3: the Mountains of Giants: A Racial and Cultural Study of the North Albanian Mountain Ghegs” by Carleton S. Coon (1950)–THOUGH NEITHER MONOGRAPH IS INCLUDED IN THIS VOLUME. Because there is no Errata slip I’m assuming all the errors were corrected from the previous printing. Hyperbrachycephaly, is, to make a long story short, having a large, round head. Comparisons of living Zuni skulls and Zuni skeletons, and making comparisons to older Pueblo/Basketmaker eras. Indian osteology. Seltzer sold his soul to the tobacco companies (see https://www.sourcewatch.org/index.php/Carl_C._Seltzer )
