Notes: This was Judge’s slightly revised Ph.D. dissertation.  It’s laid out in typescript so it looks like a dissertation.  This was published long before we had the variety of publishing software available today.  Judge introduces the survey technique “site pattern recognition”, using interpretation of aerial photographs of Paleoindian sites to their environment, to answer the question why did they select these specific sites?
