No tears, bends or folds.  Previous owner’s name on inside front cover.  Light edge, corner and spine wear.  Copy 2(BKS): Fair.  Binding tight.  Previous owner’s name on upper corner title page.  Upper front cover corner missing chip, approx. 1/4″ x 1/4″, with a section of wear/wrinkling, approx. 2″ long, descending from the chip.  First 8 or 9 pages have that same wrinkling, plus small folds at upper corner.  Upper front cover edge has one small chip, plus an approx. 1/2″ tear.   Lower front cover corner has approx. 1/” bend.  Crease along upper rear cover edge.  Smudging to rear cover.  Edge and corner wear.
