Notes: Pueblo Grande Museum Occasional Papers No. 9. Soil Systems Technical Report 06-38. In 1997, prior to building a housing development, Soil Systems conducted a survey of the Desert Rose site and identified 9 prehistoric archaeological sites. Six of the nine sites were excavated, and all petroglyphs in the project area, while immovable, were documented.
